One of our specialty is grilled meat. The meat to be cooked on the grill and maintain good tenderness must be carefully chosen. Must have in fact adequate marbling.

Our proposal goes from beef tenderloin, the bull meat, but also to pork fillet cooked whole.

To taste are also horse fillet, lamb chops and steaks. The Grand Chopping of Cascina of Filagni offers it all: lamb chops, beef fillet mignon Argentine filet mignon horse, beef, grilled sausage, mustard and polenta.
